How long does it take to receive my order?

Why was my order divided into multiple packages?

Why haven’t I received my Express Shipping order within 4–6 business days?
Express delivery time includes processing time + shipping time.
- Made-to-order products may require 3–4 weeks of processing before shipment.
- The $25 Express Shipping fee ensures faster delivery via DHL or FedEx, not expedited processing.
