Exchange/Refund Policy
What is the procedure for Return/Exchange?
At VVSM Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority! We offer exchanges, including size and color adjustments, to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase.
Please note that our warehouse is based in the United States, and we are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred with return packages. Once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
Return Policy
Non-Refundable Items
- Pre-orders: Final sales; cannot be canceled or refunded as shipping and preparation begin immediately upon payment.
- Engraved Jewelry: Cannot be returned.
- Special Orders: Includes customized pieces, impression kits, made-to-order items, free gifts, final sale items, and solid gold items. These are final sales and ineligible for returns or exchanges.
- Unauthorized Returns: Returns without a VVSM Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or missing paperwork will not be processed.
Returns/Refunds
You may return an item within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Eligibility:
- Items must be in new, resalable condition with all original packaging.
- Returns are limited to one per order.
- Deadlines:
- Refund or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Beyond 14 days, exchanges only will be accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- Costs:
- Return shipping is at your expense, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within two business days upon receipt of a qualified return.
- Funds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on the payment method.
Reimbursement for Errors:
We will cover return shipping costs only if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item was defective or damaged (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
Exchange Procedure
To request an exchange, email us at support@vvsmjewelry.com with:
- Your order ID.
- The product name.
- A photo showing the item(s) in their original packaging.
- The new size or color requested.
Note:
- Exchanges are limited to one per item.
- Return shipping is at your expense, and a reshipping fee will apply for replacements.
Order Changes or Cancellations
To cancel or modify an order, email support@vvsmjewelry.com before shipping confirmation. Some changes may delay shipping. Special or customized orders, or those already shipped, cannot be canceled.

- Packages should not be returned to the address on the delivery package. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all packing materials for inspection.
- Customized orders are non-refundable due to their unique nature.
